- Replaced damaged limestone curved cills and decorative heads
- Under floor heating system which was incorporated into new joists
- ‘Up and down’ sash windows replaced
- New building matched in with existing architecture
- Complete new roof fitted to old & new sections.
- All old chimneys returned to working order
- Battlement to front was reformed
