Residential

Carroll O’Keeffe & Co. Ltd. started its progress as contractors in the Residential Sector. We have carried out projects from single house extensions to large housing schemes. Housing is now evolving technically at a rapid pace and the ever changing Building Regulations need constant attention. New emphasis on BER ratings and the need for energy efficient construction means that our emphasis on Continual Professional Development is helping us to be at the leading edge of Residential Construction.

Construction is underway at Silverbrook, an exceptional development by Codd Property Holdings at Arden Road, Tullamore. Designed by C + W O' Brien Architects, these quality A Rated houses are set to deliver elegant, comfortable living and reliable long term quality.
