Signing of Contracts – Beechwood Court, Daingean

We are delighted to announce the signing of contracts for the construction of 10 Age Friendly A2 rated houses at Beechwood Court in Daingean, Co. Offaly.

Beechwood Court homes will be constructed to NZEB (Nearly Zero Energy Building) specifications, offering high-quality energy efficiency with air-to-water heat pumps and other sustainable features.

This moment is extra special, as it marks 50 years since our MD, John Carroll began his career as a graduate engineer with Offaly County Council. A full-circle moment in a remarkable journey!
